Melody Maverick

Melody Maverick is a pixel art arcade shooting game where you play as Maverick, a trustworthy sheriff who has to defeat bandits with his not-so-trustworthy iron that only deals damage when the shots line up with the music’s rhythm.

Controls:

LMB = Shoot

RMB = Reload

Intro / Enter / F11 = Toggle Fullscreen

Versions:

 V3 is the version submitted to the jam, in V4 several bugs were fixed and the difficulty was lowered by:

• increasing the miss window from 90 to 100ms
• re-adding the previously removed metronome
• adding a score indicator
• making the flying heart hitbox bigger
• making the enemy hitbox bigger
